As they expanded into the UK last year, our client is currently seeking a self-driven Financial Accountant / Financial Reporting Analyst to support them on their growth journey. ... Your Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for improvement and the development of best practices. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Financial Accountant with prior training in a Big 4 / mid-tier Audit firm environment and/or come from a large multinational organisation. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced multinational organisation and in a diverse team of talented finance professionals from various countries.
You have a can-do attitude and have the ability to build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders across various regions. You are CA/CPA qualified and have an interest in staying on top of new legislation across technical accounting standards.

- Manage all financial control activities and ensure timely submission of reporting for foreign joint ventures with a primary focus on the UK
- Provide monthly management reports and commentary for P&L variance analysis
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key regional business experts to support the budgeting and reforecasting process
- Ad hoc technical research and advice on the impact of new IFRS / GAAP standards on the regional businesses
- Support the internal & external audit process and international tax compliance
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Financial Accountant with prior training in a Big 4 / mid-tier Audit firm environment and/or come from a large multinational organisation.
