Assistant Accountant (General Ledger)
The Assistant Accountant (General Ledger) will be responsible for the delivery of consistent and streamlined, global Record to Report, financial accounting processes working in a high volume and fast paced environment.

The Assistant Accountant (General Ledger) role will involve:
Calculation nd production of balance sheet reconciliation and journals
Banking reconciliations and reporting
Fixed asset management
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
VAT returns, reporting, Intrastats
Ad hoc management and financial reporting as required
To be successful in this Assistant Accountant (General Ledger) role you will have previous financial accounting exposure. You will have strong financial/management accounting technical skills and ideally have experience of working within a PLC/global business.
Ideally you will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong IT skills to include Excel (minimum intermediate level) and SAP. Furthermore you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication across a variety of audiences
