Qualified Accountant with experience in Practice

We are an ACCA and ICAEW training approved firm of Chartered Accountants based in FULHAM with a wide base of clients - these include sole proprietors, limited companies, IT companies, lawyers, retail, manufacturing and many other businesses. These are mainly UK based but we also have some overseas clients. We provide all aspects of Accountancy, Taxation, and Auditing services - very occasionally some may require a level of travel.

THE ROLE

If successful the candidate will fulfil a key role from the outset working in a congenial atmosphere. You will be required to finalise accounts, prepare Corporation and Personal Tax, complete and submit VAT Returns, and if necessary payroll.  You will be working very closely with a team to ensure that work is scheduled to meet deadlines. You must have the ability to manage staff, deal with complex issues and to work independently.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with at least 3 years experience in  accountancy preferably within a practice. They must have sound knowledge of Excel and accounting software. If necessary, then there may be some Payroll work. Supervision of junior staff will also be required. We want candidates who are motivated and hard working, eager to learn, who can be true team players, have good communication skills and the drive to succeed.
