This position allows you to be involved in daily operations of costing and FP&A for a MNC manufacturing company.
Our client is a well known global MNC in the manufacturing industry. They're looking for talented individual to join their team.
DescriptionDevelop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
Analyze cost and recommend costs savings.
Prepare and complete internal and external cost audits.
Comply with local and US GAAP for financial statements.
Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
Analyze any changes in goods produced in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
To spearhead the budgeting processes of weekly, monthly and yearly forecast and business plans. Present to all the stakeholders and control the budget in terms of spending.
Co-ordinate with sales and operation teams to drive for cost optimization and profit maximization.
Ensure deadlines of submission of budget and month end close are met at all time.
- Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Professional qualification will be added advantage (CIMA, ACCA etc)
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of costing & FP&A experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
