This position will play an integral part of the Company in ensuring effective financial management and excellent business operations. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be need to show sound technical knowledge and business acumen.

Our client is a leading Private Equity fund management firm in South East Asia. A well-respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they are a premium brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Deputy CFO who can assist the CFO at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business

Description

  • Drive the company's financial planning
  • Assist the deputy CFO in improving the company's operation
  • Perform risk management by analysing the organisations liabilities and investments
  • Control and evaluate the organisations fund-raising plans and capital structure
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
  • Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

    • Profile

  • Proven experience as Deputy CFO, finance controller or relevant role
  • Ideally candidate should have a strong operation background
  • Excellent knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Tax, and forecasting methods
  • Experience in assisting IPO process
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • An analytic mind, comfortable with numbers
  • CPA is a strong advantage
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
