  • Provide inputs to the creation of a treasury dashboard for the operations team, to include various treasury metrics, and manage the daily refresh of the dashboard for team use.
  • Contribute to process documentation as-is, and process reengineering, considering best practice efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collate and oversee the enhancement requests to the Treasury Management System (TMS) Kyriba, along with testing, and report on progress.

  • Gain a holistic overview of intercompany loan agreements for the region, while assisting with the creation of new loans, periodic review of terms, and central collation of documentation.
  • Assist with the issuance of bank guarantees and oversee the bank guarantee documentation management process for the EMEA region.
  • Align securities across functions, cross-checking to Real Estate, and financial accounting.
  • Involvement in monthly funding exercise and settlements via global netting application.

  • Actively enrolled in full-time education, preferably studying Finance, Accounting, Treasury or a related field
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
  • High level of accountability and attention to details
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Visio a plus
