JOB PURPOSE

As a result of the location changes for the C&C GPO Team (teams will be relocated in low cost locations close to operations), we are creating new roles of Regional Implementation Leads to be the conduit between the central GPO organisation and the C&C teams in the Finance Regional Hubs.

The purpose of the role is to :

Feed business requirements from the Regional Hubs to the GPOs

Land the changes designed by the GPOs into the Regional Hubs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand current state process in regional Hub and gaps from global standard. Drive Reg Hub to adopt global standard process
  • Ensure that the roadmap of projects set by the GPO can be deployed into the Reg Hub i.e. Reg hub have bandwidth to receive changes
  • Ensure that the roadmap set by the C&C GPO has included the requirements of the Reg Hubs
  • Ensure the Reg Hubs are aware of all changes to be deployed and have resource ringfenced to support
  • Ensure the Reg Hubs are updated on project status and delivery dates
  • Monitor adherence to Taxonomy, Policy and Process for Reg Hub
  • Accountable for identifying and driving benefits delivery.
  • Deliver change projects in the Reg Hub. This may involve resourcing discussions with OPLS and C&C GPO Director
  • Attend Process Boards and represent Reg Hub on issues being faced and request remediation support from GPOs
MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION

  • Accounting Qualification/Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Finance Operational Process for C&C
  • Finance Process Transformation
  • Sound understanding of GSK Financial process and organisation structure
MINIMUM LEVEL OF JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Finance professional with C&C Process experience
  • Fluency in GSK’s finance processes and organisational structure
  • Some experience in transformation and/or change programmes at a regional level, with a track record of achievement in this role (typically 2 years of experience)
  • Experience of SAP/ERP architecture
  • Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyse and resolve specific problems
  • Ability to manage tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
