Why this role is important to us:

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS) which serves for global top 58 client NPS. This is a client service role based in HZ office, who will help to build the connection between HZ fund accounting team and Korea client service team.

What you will be responsible for:

Working for NPS client

  • Daily/Monthly customized deliverables generation and delivery to the client via email and NEA
  • Support ad hoc deliverables request from the client
  • Communication with internal (HK, BOSTON etc.)/external parties(client, IM, local bank and GP etc) for client inquiry and escalation for the issues
  • Support CS for account/market openings, tax matters, Injections, Transition Management activities, Billing to IM, Market bulletin
  • KPI Report
  • Support Alternative Investment cash processing, regulatory reporting, and regular reconciliation with GP
  • Participate into internal discussion with SSBT internal visitors from HK/HZ/Boston etc, weekly call with SSBT internal teams
  • What we value:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at State Street, Senior Associate or above is preferable
  • Well-rounded knowledge of SSC Operations, including accounting, Corporate Action and reconciliation.
  • Easy to adjust to new environment and matured
  • Communication skills – Person who has good communication skills with team members is required
  • Fund Accounting/Corporate Action experience is preferred
  • Better to have the knowledge for China A market, CIBM, complex investment type
  • MCH or MySS expertise
  • Willingness to learn and Self-motivated
  • Careful and responsible
  • Attentive to details
  • Confident in speaking English
  • Education & Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above and minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, fund accounting and/or a back-office operations.
