An excellent opportunity has arisen with an expanding business based in Macclesfield due to a recent acquisition and following a period of sustained growth. This company are set to grow further over the coming year making it an exciting organisation to be involved with.

Description

The Part Time Interim Accountant role is a temporary position for up to 3 months working maximum 3 days per week. The company are based in central Macclesfield with the opportunity to work remotely- you must be willing to travel to Macclesfield office when required.

You will be supporting the Finance Director with a number of projects including:

Reviewing brexit customs documentation for Northern Ireland

Reviewing VAT returns

Reviewing internal controls across different companies

Internal audit work

Other ad hoc projects

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have previous experience as a Finance Manager/Management Accountant

Be confident to work independently

Have experience of reviewing internal controls/audit

Be available for part time temporary role

Live within travelling distance to Macclesfield office
