We are looking for Reporting Specialists to join our Financial Reporting team for Europe, located in our newly created High End C&C Hub in Poznan.

You will support our Service Delivery Expert or Finance Controller in the delivery of a complete, accurate, compliant and timely set of entity IFRS reporting (corporate reporting) for a given set of markets, ensuring that monthly and close activities are carried out in a robust and efficient manner (performing General Ledger, Period End Close and Balance Sheet Reconciliation activities). 

Reporting Specialist’s key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Provide set of financial activities during the monthly cycle to ensure accurate and timely postings of financial transactions, in order to deliver a timely period end close. Activities include (but are not limited to) research & analysis of entries, preparation & review of journals, etc 
  • Review the Balance Sheet Reconciliations prepared by the Junior Reporting Specialists, drive quality and resolution of open items, assess BS healthiness and surface risks to be addressed. 
  • Work closely with Junior Reporting Specialist to ensure activities carried out are correct and assist in resolving queries and or issues; manage period end close 
  • Review the documentation for certain month-end control process, ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements. They support control remediation where required. 
  • Produce routine analyses, schedules and summaries for internal & external customers.  
  • Prepare audit deliverables as required 
  • Face-off to the markets they support and manage this relationship 
  • Contribute to standardisation and improvements
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree in Finance equivalent qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)  
  • At least 2 years of experience as GL / RTR Accountant or Reporting Specialist
  • Working knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Fluency in English language (C1 level)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience of training / working in an Audit/Accounting Firm preferred 
  • SAP or major ERP experience required 
  • Good communication skills
  • Can-do-attitude
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams  
  • Good and engaging team player
