Our Client, a leading health-care company with strong presence is looking for CFO to lead their finance and accounting team locally. This role would also take lead on the corporate actions.

Description

This will be an exciting opportunity for an individual to be part of a market leader in what they do. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Profitability analysis - operational and financial

• Ensure the timely and accurate report deliverance

• Ensure the delivery of targets set and review the outputs done

• In-charge of the whole set of accounting, up until the compliance, improvement, and controlling

• Familiar with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Ms Dynamics, Hyperion
• Experience in handling corporate actions like M&A, IPO would be a plus

Profile

This role is only applicable for Indonesians only, who come from strong accounting and finance background. Excellent written and verbal communications in English and an international exposure is preferred although not prerequisite. However, it is ideal that you have some exposure to the luxurious goods business nature. Other requirements include:

• University Degree and/or above in accounting or finance

• Big 4 audit background ideally and 10 years of working experience in accounting and financial analysis, forecast/budget preparation

• Excellent command of English

• Detail oriented, team player who also has impeccable levels of integrity

• Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities

• Drive forward best practice and be proactive in implementing change (as appropriate) to Indonesia reporting processes and systems
