The opportunity 

We are seeking an operations support associate to support the day-to-day operations of the Business Tax team.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritize and effectively multi-task.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in client and engagement set up matters
  • Assist in the billing & collection cycle
  • Database management
  • Any other group administration matters assigned

    • Skills and attributes for success

  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good in time management
  • A highly collaborative approach to work

    • To qualify for the role you must have

  • GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working in professional services companies
