JOB PROFILE SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Ensure efficient functioning in the field of planning, financial, controlling, accounting while maximizing the effort to achieve the set company goals (business plan).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and planning

Active support in preparing the corporate finance strategy and goals - price strategy for company products, excise tax development strategy, marketing and sales budget development, and fixed cost plan. Ensures the preparation of guidelines and approval of financial plans and other planned amounts of individual entities as well as consolidation of individual plans for the general plan of the Company. Ensures cost-effectiveness analysis of planned activities and constant correction of the plan in agreement with the superior.

Budget, controlling, costs

Provides control over the implementation of the plan and taking appropriate action in case of deviations. Provides implementation of controlling activities in the field of cost types, cost centers and investments. Guarantees the preparation of the required financial reporting for the Company. Initiates cost management activities to increase productivity and reduce costs. It ensures constant cost analysis and taking action in cases of rationalization in this area.

Investments

Establishes and submits investment guidelines for implementation based on the Group's guidelines. Provides preparation of an investment plan for the Company for approval by the Group Head Office. Provides investment supervision and drawing up profitability bills as well as accounting for investments already completed.

Financial management (cash flow management)

Ensures constant financial analysis of the Company and prepares financial policy recommendations

in agreement with the Group Headquarters. It guarantees effective and profit-oriented financial management in the Company. Provides negotiating and concluding credit agreements and other banking services for the Company in accordance with Group guidelines. Provides preparation of credit and liquidity reports. Provides negotiation and conclusion of all insurance contracts for the Company in accordance with the Group's guidelines.

Financial accounting/taxes

Guarantees correct, timely and in line with the laws and guidelines of the Group accounting and preparing all related reporting and accounting closures. Ensures the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, etc. in consultation with the Supervisor and the Group Head Office. Ensures correct calculation and payment of all taxes.

Commercial (manufacturing, logistics, sales forecasting)

Timely preparation of sales forecast, includes rolling forecast for next 36 month.

Attending monthly SOP meeting with local manufacturing regarding production plans. Control over the NTM and finished goods stocks for working capital as well as OOS purposes.

Managing the finished goods NTM and CRT orders together with Distributor and Factory representatives monthly basis.

 Active participation in pricing discussion with related parties

Coordination of royalty charges based on agreed license manufacturing contract.

Weekly monitoring of sales in, sales out, goods in transit arrivals, shipments as well as stocks based on RSKU level.

Assist central I&I team with ad hoc requests

Employee management

Manages, develops and motivates employees and participates in the implementation of administrative solutions in consultation with Human Resources Department.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree with a major in finance/economics
  • 3-5 years of experience at similar position of an international company (planning, reporting to parent company) preferably FMCG
  • Commercial background including production, supply chain and sales forecasting understanding
  • Advanced user of MS Office and preferably familiar with SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • People management skills
  • Highly numerate person with excellent analytical skills and entrepreneur / commercial thinking
  • Ability to communicate / present complex data, identify risks and opportunities and explain complex issues simply
  • Cooperative, team player who must be able to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain; must be comfortable dealing with managers at all levels throughout the organisation
