Job Description
Chief financial officer assuming the role of a controller to oversee the finance departments of manufacturing company with a turnover 100 million USD based in Iraq. The suitable candidate has to prove a relevant track record of working in suitable setting, with relevant 5-10 years' work experience, The pay scale is depending on work experience. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and year end accounts. - To liaison with external auditors.- Preparation & management of the fixed assed register.- Management of and reconciliation of all control accounts. - Preparation of the pay roll.- Management & preparation of all CAPEX (investment appraisal).- Preparation of the company cash flow.- Preparation of budgets. - Preparation of forecasts. - Knowledge & experience with cost & management accounts. - Management of the periodic stock take.- Monitoring of the strategic KPIs.
Skills
Competent, business acumen, should posses leadership qualities to enable him to delegate and oversee the financial operations of the company effectively.
