This highly recognisable ASX 100 business is looking for a Financial Accountant to provide technical, statutory, and reporting support for a key business unit. They continue to build a high performing culture and reward personal performance. This role is replacing an internal promotion.

Role & Responsibility
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified, ideally coming from a Big 4 trained background. You will have a strong understanding of how to utilise the above to deliver excellent commercial outcomes for the business.
You will be an excellent communicator with an adaptive style and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Financial Audit or in a similar Financial Accountant role is necessary. Experience in an ASX listed environment with multiple entities would also be beneficial.
Strong systems knowledge would be advantageous, most notably with TM1 and SAP.

- Statutory reporting and assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of variances
- Demonstrate the ability to drive and contribute to process improvement
- Assist in the preparation of periodic management reports and reconcile inter-company accounts
- Liaise with external auditors and assist with the preparation of statutory accounts
- Drive processing efficiency and integration between Treasury management and financial reporting systems
- Ad hoc reporting and assisting on projects
