Temp Management Accountant (Retail/FMCG/Hospitality)

This role, Temp Management Accountant (Retail/FMCG/Hospitality), is an exciting interim opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. It is an allround management accounts position for someone with minimum 5 years' experience allows the candidate a lot of independence and a wide variety of duties.

Our client is a high end fashion company in the city who works with major retailers, but also independent stores across multiple countries. Their range focuses on luxury sunglasses but includes other products as well.

Description

The key responsibilities in this role, Temp Management Accountant (Retail/FMCG/Hospitality), will include:

- Producing the full management accounts for UK&Ireland

- Double entry

- Ownership of the P&L

- Registering personal and commericla costs

- VAT calculations and submission

- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Accruals and prepayments

- Analysing any discrepancies

- Accountancy based and Financial Services backed

- Paid hourly

- Based in the City of London

Profile

The successful candidate for this role, Temp Management Accountant (Retail/FMCG/Hospitality), will:

- have Finance experience within a Retail/FMCG/Hospitality company

- have a minimum of 5 years experience and good knowledge of the above mentioned duties

- be immediately available or on a maximum of one week's notice
