The opportunity

EY TP team provides services in the areas of TP compliance and supply chain design. The nature of our work is a mixture between economic consulting and supply chain advisory seen in the context of both local Ukrainian and global TP rules and regulations.

As a member of project teams your roles and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assistance with the preparation of TP documentations in support of our client’s TP policies;
  • Provision of the project implementation services to EY clients;
  • Assistance with the design of supply chain structures and the implementation of manufacturing, distribution, management and financing structures;
  • Leading and management of a group of junior consultants and monitoring of their work in the areas of economic analyses of EY’s clients and the industries in which they operate and financial modelling of clients’ transfer prices; and
  • Assisting to management personnel in other issues, including organizing of marketing events, training courses, recruiting, implementing and monitoring the execution of technical and risk management policies.

    • Skills and attributes for success
    Given the nature of our TP services and its unique combination of economics and tax, we are looking for people with the following skills:

    To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Higher education in tax, law, finance or economics;
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Competent Russian (native speaker), both oral and written;
  • Advanced knowledge of PC software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word); and
  • 3+ years of work experience in the TP, tax, accounting, banking or other financial consulting and advisory.

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in TP as an undeniable advantage; and
  • Strong analytical skills and feel comfortable with numbers and financial data.
