Personal Tax Director

Our client, a highly profitable firm based in East Sussex wants secure a confident, experienced individual to join them at Director level, with a view to being promoted to Partner.The client base is mainly SME's and HNWI's and they are located throughout the local area and London. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing business and to make a real difference to the success of the firm. As Director, you will play a key role within the business. You would be responsible for developing and mentoring the existing team and help support them in transitioning from compliance to a combination of advisory work and compliance. The client is also keen to employ someone who identifies business opportunities to help growing the business, both through existing clients and new clients. A key part of this role is managing and developing relationships, both within the business and with external clients.You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to lead a team. Someone with an eye for identifying new business opportunities and the confidence to bring these to fruition, would be perfect for this job.
