Inviting applications for the role of MT - Audit Senior Analyst

Audit senior analyst responsible for performing quality checks as needed by the process. Act as check point for the Contract Load and Chargebacks processes. Work directly with Contract Load and Chargebacks teams to ensure accurate processing. Supervise both supplier compliance with contractual obligations and production trends through analytics and root cause analysis. Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements based on analytical findings. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research and contract compliance knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Serve as Pricing Corrections Analyst ensuring daily delegated workload is completed within SLA and processing accuracy targets supporting all categories of pricing corrections for different business divisions totaling over $4.5B in transactions annually.

Responsibilities
• Perform quality checks for the processing done by Contract Load and Chargebacks team
• Supervise / quality check responses sent by Issue Resolution team
• Work with Pricing Corrections Manager to Analyze/Report/Action on monthly results and activity among core business partners to help prevent upstream defects
• Participate with internal sales team for faster and accurate query resolution
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and internal customers including Internal Support teams, Finance and Accounting, Field Account Managers, Health Systems Coordinators, Sales Administrators, and any other internal customers requiring pricing corrections support
• Analyze supplier issues to resolve trends and provide insights
• Ascertain the right contract pricing information
• Ensure accuracy of the data entered - pricing, effective dates etc.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.
• Support Contract Load and Chargebacks Ops leads
• Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
• Utilize systems and software to perform sophisticated research assignments.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate
• Ability to work on multiple ERP, master data and workflow solutions
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
• Lean Six Sigma Certified

Preferred qualifications
• Prior related business experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Financial, or Wholesale Drug industry.
• Chartered Accountants / Pursuing CA with audit experience
• Experience should involve contract administration, reconciliations, supervising customer compliance, problem solving, research and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions. Proven track record in optimally maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities
• Exposure to ERPs like JD Edwards and SAP 7.4
