The SAP WM Business Analyst role serves as a truly valued advisor, working with the business helping stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to analyse and evaluate business systems and provide strategic and operational recommendations. The SAP Business Analyst role is responsible for modelling requirements and defining scope and objectives to ultimately drive and deliver sustainable value to the business.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Working with business stakeholders to elicit, develop and document business processes, issues, ideas and requirements.
  • Lead business engagement and analysis activities with a view to standardise processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to capture business requirements.
  • Map ideas and initiatives to story maps, breaking down features into User Stories and acceptance criteria to ensure that delivery teams implement a solution that will meet the business needs
  • Articulate cost, budget, solution requirements and required integrations to contribute to the Business Outcome Document (business case).
  • Participate in prioritisation events with necessary team(s) and assure the agreed upon value is delivered to the organisation throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Prepare solution gap analysis reports to assist the project team with the assessment of possible alternative solutions.
  • Assist delivery managers, other business analysts, solution designers, developers and team members by providing support and consultative advice
Key Requirements:
Minimum:
  • 5+ years' experience as SAP WM Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to large cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Warehousing business functions
  • Demonstrated experience working with large and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
Ideal:
  • Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or other BA industry certifications
  • Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum Master or other similar industry certifications
  • Experience working with SAP WM.
  • Experience developing and implementing business processes

*This role is not remote, and you will need to be onsite
