This is a great opportunity for you to join the Service Management team within our wider Technology function.

You will have an understanding and experience of technology environments and we will also expect you to have experience with project execution, coordination and influencing of priorities and effective stakeholder management. It is beneficial if you have had experience of lean practices or process improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • sourcing, collating and compiling data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables
  • undertaking research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs to support informed decision-making and planning
  • contributing to the design and implementation of tools and processes to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements
  • undertaking research and analysis of best practice on processes and activities to ensure business outcomes are measured and reported as required
  • liaising and work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions using plain non-technical language
  • guiding and support team members to provide customer focussed services.

You will bring the following experience and skills:
  • ideally you will have 5+ years' work experience in a corporate environment
  • proven structured problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
  • confidence and ability to work independently where required
  • strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways
  • demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders
  • natural problem-solver. Big thinker. Great communicator
  • an entrepreneurial mindset
  • project management disciplines to deliver outcomes are preferred.
