This 5 partner independent firm, have experience across a number of different sectors, including charities, academies, high net worth individuals, service charge accounts and solicitors, and with over 50 years of experience, are well renowned for providing quality service across several service lines. Services provided are accounts preparation, audit, bookkeeping, business strategy and planning, cloud accounting, company secretarial, corporate finance, corporate tax, inheritance tax, payroll, personal tax, inheritance tax, payroll, personal tax and probate. Tasks will include:UK taxation for both UK and non-UK domiciled individualsLiaising with HMRC in respect of enquiriesResidence and non-residence issuesInheritance tax planningWealth and business structuring for individuals and their businessesTrust planningPartnership tax You will be:A qualified accountant, or equivalentExperience of managing staffKnowledge of personal and corporate taxExperience of dealing with high net worth individualsKnowledge of tax compliance You will be in charge of a small tax team of two people, and will be given the autonomy, to shape as you see fit.
