Job Title: Management Accountant - Leisure

Base location: Leicester/Home based

Salary: Up to £45,000

As a global FTSE 250 company with over 500 contracts across 20 countries we rely on the support of our Finance Services Team to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. As the Management Accountant for Leisure, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial and management information across a portfolio of contracts to the Leisure Senior Team, assisting where necessary to enable them to make well informed business decisions.

You will take full ownership of the management and financial reporting for the contract portfolio and line management responsibility for at least 1 Assistant Management Accountant.

You will play a vital role in communicating financial insight to the business.

What you'll need to do the role

Firstly, you'll need to be a qualified accountant with a track record of collaborating with business leaders in a complex business environment. You'll have experience of adding value in a commercially orientated bidding and contracting environment. You'll need Strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers. Lastly, you'll need the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
