Our client is seeking an Alternatives Private Markets Middle Office Business Analyst to support in the implementation of Webfolio and the process engineering around it. This is for an initial 6 month contract paying £500-600pd inside IR35.

Our client is seeking an Alternatives Private Markets Middle Office Business Analyst to support in the implementation of Webfolio and the process engineering around it. This is for an initial 6 month contract paying £500-600pd inside IR35.
The responsibilities:
- Document business process for the Middle Office function to be performed in Webfolio
- Document Webfolio user manuals for all middle offices processes and to support private equity assey class for valuations checking, restrictions checking and reconcilaitions
- Track and resolve data and process issues with middle office and IT teams to support BAU activities
- Drive Webfolio adoption with middle office team
- Scope further streamlining activities through use of Webfolio
- Identify synergies between Private Market asset classes (ie Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Credit) where processes could be consistently applied and consolidated through the use of Webfolio.
Skills
- Strong Private Markets knowledge.
- Experience with systems implementation (Webfolio Ideal)/process engineering.
- Strong process documenting skills.
