Domains you will set up:
- Active Directory, DNS servers, network and mobile devices
- WIFI, Mail, device management
- Cloud and O365, Windows 7 and 10 migrations and implementations
- Security certificates, anti-malware, Email security and firewalls
- DNS Servers and cloud storage
- Security configuration and compliance per regulatory requirements
You will be supporting the project team as an autonomous BA in this role, supporting end to end RFQ, Procurement, business case development, support an infrastructure transformation agenda for the businesses divestment and new IT set up. Proven hands on analysis, development of project, RFP, business cases approval and end to end execution.
Deliverables:
- Work with Project and Program Manager, Head of Transition and Infrastructure team to support the strategy, road-map development and program scope for a major divestment of a US and AU entity.
- Assist the Program Manager with the development of the RFP/RFQ process to approval
- Support the Prioritisation of road-map development to ensure that each infrastructure domain within the AU entities set-up and operating within the scheduled deadline
- Involved in analysis of vendor selection, engagement, and management
- Communication with business stakeholders to provide regular updates on status
- Collaborate with the technical infrastructure and security team to ensure deliverables are met
- Support the end to end set up and configuration of EUC, Active Directory, O365, Servers, networks, devices, WIFI, security Certificates, email security and firewalls
- Support regulatory obligations are met per APRA and ASIC standards
Skill Criteria:
- 5+ years in Business Analysis
- Ability to work autonomously, as a sole BA
- Experience in technical infrastructure engagements upgrading, separating, divesting businesses nationally or globally
- Extensive experience in EUC, Active Directory, O365, Servers, networks, devices, WIFI, security Certificates, email security and firewalls
- Experience working with global teams and vendors
- Must be hands-on, comfortable getting into the detail to get the job done
- Proven experience supporting the tendering process, including RFQ/RFP process including vendor selection
