As a result, we are recognised as a market leader and a firm that creates real and lasting value for our clients. We provide you with opportunities to drive change and make a difference.

We are looking for the next generation of talent to join our Accounts and Business Advisory team by joining our Graduate Apprenticeship Programme. The Graduate Apprenticeship in BA (Hons) Accounting with ACCA is a 5-year accredited work-based learning programme that combines an honours degree award from Robert Gordon University and the globally recognised Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification.

This is your chance to develop your skills within an innovative, high-performing firm that will provide a supportive environment that is committed to its people. You will work closely with senior members of the Accounts and Business Advisory team, and other leaders of the firm to support your learning on the job.  Our team are with our clients every step of the way, providing business advisory, compliance, and transactional accounting support to a wide range of clients to help them achieve their dreams and goals.

Our team drafts and prepares a range of client deliverables, including financial statements that comply with regulations and industry standards. We also advise clients on their business strategies, support them with financial forecasts and prepare financial management information using cutting edge digital technology to provide deep insights into their performance. We are here to guide our clients to the best possible business decisions, including providing them with critical information they can use to make vital decisions. From technology innovations to operational transformation, we help clients shape the ideas, strategies and actions they need to succeed, now and for the ever-more-digital future.

When you join our team, you’ll enjoy a dynamic combination of on-the-job learning, structured training and an environment that supports everyone to grow and be challenged to reach their potential.  You will work collaboratively across the firm to provide a one-team approach to client service which means our people get experience of working with interesting, challenging and diverse clients.

What you will do

You will get involved from the outset in client work and developing client relationships, learn about different types of businesses from a wide range of industry sectors. You will be working as part of a larger team, being continually coached by an experienced team. The complexity of your workload will increase, giving you the opportunity to take on more individual responsibilities, continuing to develop client relationships and get involved in more challenging issues.
