About role:
We are looking for an Intermediate accountant to join our team and contribute to our growth and service of our diverse client base. Our ideal candidate should be a dedicated person who strives to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
We are looking for:
- 2-3 years public practice experience
- Be proficient in Xero and MYOB bookkeeping solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and willing to help attitude
- Passionate about helping clients with their business journey
- Be able to work autonomously as well as park of a team
- Be a natural problem solver and self-motivated
- Korean speaking preferable
- Have the ability to think on their on feet
- Management of a dedicated client list
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entities & business and Instalment Activity Statements
- Maintaining client relationships, attending meetings as required and Involvement with tax planning for clients
- Reconciling accounting files using Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc.
- Assistance with taxation planning, management consulting, and strategic business advice
- Tax compliance, including preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
- Supervision of junior staff, including some direct responsibility for managing jobs, workflow, budget etc
