A snapshot of what you would do:The Recovery Audit Specialist is a specialized Recovery position that identifies potential duplicate claims and engages in recovery duties consistent with a Senior Audit Support Analyst.Under the direction of the Manager of Recovery Services, the Recovery Audit Specialist is responsible for supporting our statement review and recovery process, screening data in the First Strike Commercial?? tool for potential duplicate payments and researching transactions in the client's live remote access. During this review, the Recovery Audit Specialist is also responsible for recovering any monies due to the client, through consistent communication with vendors.This is a work from home job opportunity working in Japan Standard Time and must be able to speak Japanese.Required Skills:Utilizing apexanalytix software tools to generate reports and identify recovery opportunities.Initiating and following through to resolution overpayment claims, as identified through a statements audit and/or Accounts Payable audit enabled by our FirstStrike software.Reviewing, identifying and validating credits from statements generated by calls, mailings, emails, faxesContacting vendors via telephone/e–mail to initiate the recovery process and to provide necessary documentation to assist with claim resolution.Coordinating audit activities with other apexanalytix functional areas.Communicating with Audit Advisors regarding issues with vendor claims, data, contact, access to systems, etc.Updating all claim information in FirstStrike CORE where everything is documented and stored.Remain client focused while maintaining a positive client/vendor and apexanalytix relationship.Completing research to provide documenting evidence of potential claims.Maintaining strong internal communications to ensure completeness and timeliness of an audit.Meeting metrics in place and follow policy guidelines.Required Experience:Knowledge of basic accounting principles and systems.Ability to develop knowledge of apexanalytix organization, including the responsibilities of various functional areas.Ability to learn client ERP systems, as well as apexanalytix proprietary software.Knowledge of Recovery process.About Us:apexanalytix is the leading provider of trusted supplier data; supplier portal software; controls, auditand analytics software; and AP recovery audit services.
