Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join the worldwide Advertising Team. The successful candidate will own end-to-end business support and effectively be the CFO for the EU Emerging Ad Sales Business. This individual will be responsible for leading the business reviews including measuring and driving focus on our key input metrics and health of the business. As part of the holistic support, the role will also be directly involved in setting targets, headcount planning, initiative sizing, free cash flow analysis and being a trusted advisor to the Sales managers across all of EU5. The role also includes partnering with managers to highlight blockers, risks and opportunities that impact our ability to meet our quarterly/annual goals. The successful candidate will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute deliverables. The right individual will have strong communication skills and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. The successful candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Serve as a trusted Advisor to Country Leaders in making optimal long term decisions on the business
• Finance leader in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Business reviews.
• Work directly with Business and finance leaders to highlight Opportunities and Risks.
• Serve as the Single point of contact for production of the metrics deck
• Own the end-to-end goals process: Build actionable goals and mechanisms to measure progress on the goals.
• Build high degree of governance (accuracy) and controls in the reporting process.
• The successful candidate will also have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Additional requirements include a strong analytical and business sense and a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
• 7+ years finance experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility

• Able to work well with cross functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred
Knowledge of multiple financial reporting and data mining tools (Cognos, Oracle, SQL, Business Intelligence reporting tool)
Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance with a focus on quantitative analysis
