The Senior Income Finance Manager role plays a key part in influencing, recording and monitoring the Trust income position, providing income analysis and insight to the finance and clinical divisions using dashboard tools. This will include knowledge of using complex data from multiple sources, interpreting the analysis to determine conclusions, significance and implications of the findings.

The role works closely with the Head of Income to accurately report and maximize the Trust's income streams associated with all contractual activity, providing a comprehensive and high-quality service. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and development of income, working with clinical divisions to ensure accuracy, completeness of data provided and the delivery of a high-quality service to the clinical division and finance. The post holder will also be a lead contributor to the design, implementation, continual review and development of reporting systems and will be expected to investigate methods of income optimisation at an activity level.

The post holder will have experience of communicating at a senior level, be flexible in their approach and be able to manage a varied workload to meet key deadlines.
