Finance Analyst - Property - Salary £30,000 -£35,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Permanent - Manchester

Working exclusively with Search, this innovative and forward thinking organisation is seeking a Finance Analyst - Property join their team. Due to extensive growth within the organisation, this fantastic opportunity is available.

The role will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager - Property, but will also interact and business partner to the wider Property Estates and Property Development teams. It is primarily a planning, reporting and analysis role, with some emphasis on business partnering across the property group and demonstrating value add. In addition, the role will support evaluation of property business cases and other ad-hoc work.

Key responsibilities

Delivery of forecasting cycles for all Opex relating to Property. Owning the tools used to produce the budget/forecast. Providing valuable monthly analysis of actuals versus forecast with senior stakeholder level commentary highlighting any Risk/Opportunity. To support and produce the month end reporting and analysis, working with BSC, Nottingham, and London colleagues to ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely. Working with business partners to track and manage project spend and capitalisation. Ad-hoc analysis and business appraisal support as required. Key skills required:

Qualified accountant/Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Property Finance/Accounts experience Planning and Forecasting experience with variance analysis is highly preferred Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to build/maintain forecast models Previous experience in commercial finance Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to communicate well with senior management, business stakeholders and finance community Quick learner, enthusiastic and solution driven Experience with SAP is preferableThis is a unique opportunity to work for a business that will challenge you but also recognises hard work.
