Summary
Under direct supervision responsible to provide system support to Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) ARC users.
Duties
- Research, document, and resolve complex data and/or system issues
- Manage ARC user requests and serve as a liaison to the vendor DFIN
- Serve as an ARC expert for user questions and training
- Evaluate and analyze data and understand the flow of information within our core systems
- Where possible, assisting users with workarounds or approaches to needs or issues
- Escalating issues to appropriate senior personnel where needed
- Maintain positive, proactive relationships with stakeholders
- Research problems independently and identify root cause of issues
- Timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries
- Consistently and effectively communicating with management to make sure issues are escalated and resolved
- Conduct application testing, build test scripts, support client application testing and collect and summarize test data
- Onboard new client funds in ARC financial reporting system
- Produce organized and informative system documentation
- Ensure equitable distribution of deliverables for partner development and team resiliency as applicable
- Identifies trends and follows through on opportunities for focus/improvement

Qualifications
- Analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required
- Strong computer skills are required
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects and assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand, simplify, and communicate technical and business process concepts to stakeholders
- Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues swiftly and professionally
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
- Strong interpersonal skills. Proactively seeks to understand differences of opinions to resolve issues and to achieve results. Show empathy with users.
