I have an amazing opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading Asset Manager based in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the projects and processes relating to the improvement and enhancement of the businesses client digital and communications experience.
- Understand and support the Client Experience strategy
- Collaborate with client experience BAs and specialists to ensure that the digital and client communications experience remain relevant to the businesses clients' needs
- Map out future improvements and enhancements to the digital and client communications journeys
- Manage change management stakeholder engagement
- To develop project plans for major campaigns and ad-hoc projects
- Involvement in problem identification, improvement requirements and formulation of system specifications in conjunction with IT.
- Perform detailed data, systems, and process analysis for projects related to the digital client experience
- Accurately interpret data, perform root cause analysis, surface trends and clearly communicate insights for action
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
