Moving beyond the finance function, CFO Services is one of TriFinance's expert specialty Blue Chip Boutiques specializing in process optimization in finance and operations; business transformation; and risk management and internal audit. We assess, give pragmatic advice, ensure successful implementation and provide operational support for a wide range of domestic and international companies. CFO Services is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist with a focus on talent acquisition. You will be much more than 'just' a matchmaker between candidates and TriFinance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process; from sourcing of new project consultants and the creation of talent pools to creating employer branding actions for our Blue Chip Boutique. You are the first contact person of the candidate and act as a true ambassador of TriFinance. Reinforcing our HR (care) team, you will leverage your recruitment expertise and your network to hire Me inc.®'ers within CFO Services. More specifically, you will: identify recruitment needs by looking at the bigger picture and working closely together with our business development team, translating the needs into attractive vacancies or other organizational solutions; act as a sounding board regarding all recruitment related topics and trends for client partners and expert practice leaders; develop the talent acquisition plan including the annual recruitment budget; define recruitment actions in line with the latest trends and adjusted to the candidate profile; be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, including; Writing attractive vacancies; Performing candidate searches, both proactive and via job ads; Screening of competences; Conducting and planning interviews; Guiding candidate assessments; Preparing job offers by analyzing the market & benchmarking internally; Assuring the adequate follow-up of the whole recruitment process.
