Page Personnel are working with an exciting Retail business in Trafford Park, looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their finance team.

A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the accounts function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting with month end accounts production; VAT returns; journals; posting cash receipts; generating sales invoices; supplier statement reconciliations; payment runs; credit control; responding to and resolving queries; posting purchase invoices; petty cash; bank reconciliations.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a varied accounts role - Essential
- Be AAT Studier/Qualified - or have equivalent experience - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
