  • Responsibilities:

    • Scanning of documents and sending to clients by courier delivery
    • Uploading of documents to M-Files according to job codes. 
    • Control of timely uploading of documents to M-Files if job code is not opened yet.
    • Prepare billing instructions and cover letters
    • Send to engagement team or billing coordinator for further processing of invoice.


  • Student or graduate, preferably in economics
  • Extensive computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • At least intermediate English as well as excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages: both written and verbal
  • Attentiveness to details
  • Readiness to work flexibly (less hours at the beginning of a month and more at the end).
