Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role:

- Carrying out requirement gathering and documentation
- Scope change and management from inception to production
- Coordinating and assisting with User Acceptance Testing
- Working with teams on change management and training
Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
- Track record of delivering change within Financial Markets, specifically in eTrading
- Current experience in a Business Analyst role
- Have personally been responsible for delivery from inception to production
- Experience with building dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics and investigate business questions
- Able to retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and compile it into a digestible and actionable format to aid effective decision making
- Understanding of business analysis techniques with flexibility to apply the right technique to the right situation
Desirable:
- Experience in a large bank, dealing with multiple stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of FX and FI
- QA experience is a plus
