Grant Thornton has seen a number of positive steps forward across our audit business and we have a clearly defined and robust audit strategy over the next 5 years. The strategy outlines our commitment to quality, business growth across our complex and larger mid-market client base, having the right talent in senior positions and working with the right clients that share our values with quality and inclusion at the forefront.
Part of achieving this commitment sees us looking to strengthen our Central Audit practice and in particular our Birmingham RI population. The Birmingham market provides a great opportunity for our Firm to leverage growth prospects, that align with our wider audit business model and the Firms overall aspirations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would be keen to play a leading role in the development of our client proposition, whilst having a critical focus on our people and quality.
As an RI you'llfocus on the strategic growth of the team; business development and you will ensure that all work is carried out profitably efficiently and to the highest level of quality. Further, you'll ensure that all employees are developed to the maximum of their potential and to assist in the development of the Firm's inclusion strategy.
The ideal candidate will be either an existing RI or someone ready to step up and join a people focussed culture with an emphasis on quality. You will be currently operating as an audit RI or Senior Manager within the larger mid-market space. You will hold an accountancy qualification and a high audit quality rating. You will have a passion to work within a collaborative, high performing, and inclusive working environment to drive business growth and valued client relationships.
