Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant within the Practice industry!

You will be responsible for multiple duties:-

-Main responsibility will be to assist with the accounts for limited companies. -Working within a team to cover all necessary workload. -General bookkeeping duties. -Assisting/Responsible for monthly VAT returns. -Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts. -Using Microsoft Excel and other accounts systems eg. Sage.

The successful candidate will need:- - At least two years within a Practice environment. -Previous experience dealing with Ltd. Companies within a practice. -Experience with VAT and knowledge of month and year end accounts. -A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
