As part of your role as a Bookkeeping Assistant you will work closely with a range of different clients from multiple different sectors to provide a virtual finance service. Your main duties will include- preparing information for VAT returns, assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, preparing income and expense analysis, liaising with clients to complete fillings and answer any queries and working on cloud accounting software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, written and verbal communication skills and previous experience in a finance processing or accountancy role. In addition, we are looking for someone that is comfortable working using IT packages and has a natural interest in how technology can make life easier for our clients!

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do therefore you must have experience working with customers and understand the importance of relationship building. For this position, we are happy to consider candidates from industry or accountancy practice.
