Your field of responsibility 

  • An outstanding and challenging role in the Group Capital Management team, located in London with the possibility to contribute significantly to the Bank’s growth and success by providing high quality/profile capital related and regulatory deliverables.
  • Full involvement in managing high profile activities such as RWA Analysis and Forecasting, with focus on management of impacts from regulatory changes and capital hedging across Credit Suisse Group and key regulated entities.
  • Manage ad hoc activities related to regulatory and internal senior management requests.
  • Producing analyses and high-quality slide decks for senior business partners, both on a regular basis (e.g. for the Central Hedging Oversight Committee meetings) and on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. decks for BoD, ExB, Regulators).
  • International working environment and join a team based in Zurich, New York and Pune.

Your skills and experience 

  • A university degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Business administration or a technical subject. Preferably enhanced by professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, etc.
  • Relevant working experience within the financial industry.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Regulatory/Risk knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
  • Great teammate and preferably experience in a global, fast paced working environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English. Knowledge of German would be an asset.
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working under pressure to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
