An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a market leading retail business who are experiencing year on year growth. This company offer safe and secure state of the art offices with opportunities for remote working. You must live within commuting distance of Manchester City Centre.

Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant role is a temporary assignment for the next 2 months.

You will have the opportunity to look after:

• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Matching stock correctly to financial Invoices
• Ensure supplier discounts available are claimed in line with payment terms
• VAT inputs and outputs are accurately identified
• Recognise all currency types and ensure all payments are made in accordance with the appropriate documentation
• Ability to interpret and manipulate information from various systems

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have worked in a high volume Accounts Payable role previously

Be available for a short term temporary role

Ideally have used Finance ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics
