ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation financial statements.
•Able to prepare quarterly financial report for Bursa Malaysia submission and other ad-hoc management report as required.
•Well-versed with the MFRS Accounting Standards and ensure that the financial statements are in compliance with the statutory regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards.
Able to prepare Annual Budget and Forecast based upon organisational goals and the planned targets of the Management.
•Have knowledge in corporate tax and able to prepare tax computation for the Group.
Assist to establish the accounting procedures, policies, internal controls and ensure compliance to local statutory requirements.
Assist in treasury function, ie. cash flow planning and trade financial facility.
Assist to supervise and provide guidance to subordinate on daily operations of Finance department.
Liaise with internal & external auditor, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and others professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or Professional Degree such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent;
Good knowledge in accounting processes;
Familiarise with MFRS Accounting Standards;
Tax knowledge oriented;
Good computerized knowledge of Sage UBS Accounting System;
Able to deal with fast-paced environment;
Possess high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently;
Strong attention to detail;
Wiling to work at Pulau Indah, Klang
