Our client is a well-established US MNC with global presence for more than 20 years. Currently they are hunting for a driven and experienced Finance Manager who leads the finance team with attractive remuneration package and benefits.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is a well-established US MNC with global presence for more than 20 years. Currently they are hunting for a driven and experienced Finance Manager who leads the finance team with attractive remuneration package and benefits.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire Finance and Accounting activities of the company.
- Prepare Group Forecast, budget and business plan and present on budget or plan.
- Accountable for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP accounting requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits as well as regular Tax related audits.
- Proactively improve and standardize business processes and internal controls.
- Any other adhoc projects assigned by superior from time to time.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional qualification, eg: ACCA, CIMA, CPA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years relevance experience in US MNC, preferable logistics industry and team management is an added advantage.
- Familiar with all finance and accounting standards such as US SOX, IFRS and GAAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Good oral and written skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
