ROLE PURPOSE
  • Responsible for accounting function of entities in Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting functions i.e. daily operations, monthly accounts, yearly budget, ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ensure company's accounts are well maintained compliance according to the accounting standard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABLITIES
  • To prepare weekly cashflow forecast report and regularly review on project budget.
  • To prepare AR & AP entries and payments.
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly submission of statutory requirement for entity in Philippines.
  • To provide management timely and accurate monthly management report for the company's performance review and business monitoring.
  • To monitor the performance of the company against budget and costing and implement action plans to address operating issues accordingly.
  • To prepare quarterly reports for submission to Group Accounts and to assist Group Tax for preparing quarterly and yearly tax computation.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor, bankers, tax authorities, company secretary, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies & procedure, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.

KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or professional qualification such as ACCA/MIA or similar.
  • At least 2 years working experience and able to handle full set accounts.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive communication skill is a must.
