Description

This role, Accounts Payable with Netsuite (Ongoing Temporary assignment), involves:

- Assisting in clearing down a backlog of AP invoices on Netsuite

- Tidying up the ledger and suggesting ways to improve processes

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Investigating for missing PO numbers

- Liaising with suppliers regarding overdue invoices

- Creating and amending accounts using Netsuite

- Bank reconciliations

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- Netsuite is vital

- Start ASAP

- 3 - 6 months initially

- Accountancy focused and financial services backed

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Accounts Payable with Netsuite (Ongoing Temporary assignment), must:

1. Have at least 2 years accounts payable experience

2. Have worked on Netsuite
