• You have a keen understanding of financial statements and how to affect its result through business actions

• You have 5 years of work experiences in sales or operational finance or commercial role with proven analytical and numerical skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Work together with the Business Navigation team, the commercial team, IKEA Food and the Store Operations to broaden our commercial and financial knowledge
• Working to secure the effective implementation of tools, working methods and best practices in order to secure a strong retail foundation and raise our existing base and follow up on these to maximize the benefits
• Analyze and give insights on business performance to secure it is in line with financial goals, identifying trends and potentials, communicating the findings and suggestions to related parties for performance improvement
• Support the development of reporting and communication tools along with business development as well as business intelligence development in order to secure effective and efficient analysis
• Support in the yearly budgeting process and with the bi-monthly forecasting. Providing analysis of investments and activities, and in communicating budgets and targets to the relevant parties
• Support the commercial and operational processes of range renewal, pricing, gross margin development, cost management and PBIT achievement
• Use benchmarking to identify potentials and communicate the findings to the management team and stores
• Take an active role in the team and co-operate when needed with colleagues in other parts of the business
