My client is a well known organisation within the Not for Profit and Charities Sector based in Northampton. They have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team and make a real difference.

Description

As a Finance Business Partner within this not for profit and charities organisation you will:

Provide high quality financial business partnering support and analysis

Inform and influence business decisions that drive the organisation forward

Be responsible for delivering the budget, forecast and re-forecasts throughout the year

Work closely with the Finance team to lead the month end process and deliver monthly management account

Assist the fund-raising team with securing funding streams and building financial models

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Business Partner position will be:

An excellent communicator, confident and articulate

Proven experience of management accounting, budgeting and forecasting

Demonstrable business partnering experience in a large/medium size charity with multiple stakeholders

Be a team player, able to work with others and support them on a daily basis

A strong user of Excel, able to download and upload data to and from the main company database

Someone who is innovative and solution-focused with a passion for making a difference.
