Job Description
✓Complete handling of accounts with inventory upto finalization.
✓Ledger scrutiny of Debtors and Creditors on contineous basis.
✓Raise invoices as per approved price list and as per quotations.
✓Verify bills of Vendors & Contractors and payment vai Cheque/RTGS/NEFT.
✓Complete filing of GST/TDS/ESIC returns.
✓Overall control on inventory of the firm, finding out the variances between physical vs.book stock and it's analysis for management review.
✓Overall control over cash and bank transactions of the firm, submission of proposal to bank for CC renewal.
✓Provide financial MIS to management on periodic basis.
✓To prepare outstanding statement, to follow-up with sales team on collection of said outstanding.
✓Good knowledge of tally, excel,word, power point, outlook, internet etc.
