Description:
Amazon is looking for a talented Investigation Analysts to join the FBA Credit Operations and Seller Coaching team in Bratislava (Slovakia). As an Investigation Analyst, you would analyze FBA Seller queries or gaps highlighted by FBA Sellers in a scalable way through SQL queries and other analytical tools and collaborate with the business to deliver sound, data-backed recommendations, identify areas of improvement and enable the business team to drive corrective actions. In this role, you will work closely with the FBA Supply Chain & Operations Central team in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will be highly data-centric with good exposure in business investigations and analytics. They would have good experience in digging deep into data to identify areas of improvement in business or operations. A successful candidate should be experienced in working with large data sets, be tech-interested, and has an ability to work in minimum guidance.
Location - Poland, virtual
Key responsibilities include:
• Analyse FBA Seller queries in a scalable way to identify trends, drivers, and formulate recommendations.
• As per Seller queries or Seller Reimbursement requests, identify key data requirement,s and efficiently extract and process the data to help businesses in taking key business decisions.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders in the central team to deliver impactful findings in various investigations.
• Wherever possible, automate those manual investigations through automating/fastening data extraction and validation tasks.
• Drive and provide business insights for deep dives in weekly and monthly business reviews.
This role can be based in either Bratislava's Amazon office, or can be virtual in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania or Poland.

• Investigation Analysts or similar experience in past requiring good exposure in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel and other analytical tools.
• Good proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in reporting tools - Tableau/Quicksight etc.
• Proficiency in R/Python
• Supply Chain Experience
